When a reply goes out, the alert or to-do about it closes by itself, and an enquiry still marked new is marked replied.

How it decides
- Replied: we sent the last email, or we wrote to that address after their last email in another conversation (a quote sent as a new email counts).
- Waiting on us: they wrote last and nothing has gone back to them since.
- Draft not sent: they wrote last and a reply sits in sales@ drafts. A draft left behind after a reply went out does not hold the conversation open.
- FYI: newsletters, notifications, platform messages and our own internal mail. If one is wrong, open it and press Mark business, or Not business.
- Fred's mail: anything from or to fred.shaw@ counts as his. One email copied into sales@ twice counts once.
